"Awesome Customer Service"
I got a pair of pants that had a hole in the front, so I reached out to the support team. At first, they wanted to give me a refund, but I preferred to get a replacement instead. They’re now sending me a new pair with next day delivery at no additional charge and suggested I either upcycle or donate the damaged ones. Stacie B, the customer advisor, was super helpful!

"Questionable Quality and Return Policy!"
Their return policy mentions that only international returns need to cover shipping costs, yet their website claims they're located in California, USA. When I tried to start a return, I was hit with a shipping fee. I contacted them for clarification, and the 'customer service' representative informed me that they’re actually situated in the UK, and only customers from the UK enjoy free return shipping.

On top of that, the quality of their clothes is terrible and totally unwearable. Seriously, don’t buy from them! I’m planning to get my money back through my credit card company. I’ve opened a dispute, but what am I supposed to do with these 'clothes'? I wouldn’t even think about donating them!

"Awful service from the seller"
Awful service from the seller. I shelled out for next day shipping, but what I got was completely wrong. I returned the incorrect item and requested they send me the right one. They just ignored my email and processed a refund, saying I’d have to wait a week for it, even though I specifically asked for the correct item. They flat out REFUSED to send it. WRONG ITEM AND ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

"Clothes Never Arrived"
My whole order just vanished, and Nasty Gal didn’t lift a finger to help me for 24 days. It’s been a few days since my order went missing. I had to reach out to USPS myself to find out what was going on, and they told me the package was lost. I got in touch with Nasty Gal's customer service to kick off a refund since I never got my $100 order. The rep I chatted with took forever to reply, and they wouldn’t even look into the missing package until 24 days had passed. This has been a terrible experience; I honestly feel scammed. I’m really skeptical about getting my money back when Nasty Gal finally decides to investigate the lost order. Plus, I’m just baffled as to why they didn’t contact USPS themselves to check on the package. It’s just shady business and poor customer service. Can’t even give a review on the clothes since I never received them.

The tracking info claimed my package was delivered, but I looked everywhere in my building and it was nowhere to be found. Beth from the support team was fantastic and sent me a new package with express shipping. As a loyal shopper at Nastygal, I’m really pleased they were able to assist me so smoothly.

"Got an email about my refund..."
I got an email letting me know my return was refunded, but it only listed two items from my order. I sent back three things all in the same order. I reached out to customer service, and George T was really great. I shared my order number, email, and pictures of the emails I got, and he took care of the rest of my refund right away!

“I am a size 6.5 and I ordered the size 6 sneakers and they came in UK size 4 which is apparently the equivalent size, but they were definitely 2 sizes too big on me, I just ordered a pair of sandals US size 5 instead of 6 hoping they will fit. Also, no half sizes available.”

You have very bad reviews, how come? someone left a nasty gal sticker in my apartment with a small card that says nasty gals do it better.

“Certain people shouldn't be allowed to leave reviews IMHO. From what I can gather they changed ownership and people are displeased as the old customer service did nothing. This is very much a "get what you pay for" situation. I don't know what people expected from $10 shorts, but for $10 they're pretty awesome. I only had one issue and it was addressed promptly and they just sent me a new jacket, I didn't have to return my current one. It's value for money IMO The other complaints stem from people not reading the T&C's of their purchase. If you're stupid enough to not read them and check returns policies, then that's on you guys. Nasty Gal is quite open with they're returns policy for all countries and there is little they can do in terms of shipping/customs processing times. A lot of people who are mad are from the USA where customs is knows to intercept many packages. The rest are people who ordered next day delivery on a weekend when even the shipping company stipulates on THEIR website (DHL, USPS, AusPost) that next day shipping is business days only. The only other thing is sizing. It does run small. But again, if you're smart you'll do your measurements and check with the Nasty Gal guide. Hope this helps”

Hi! has anyone ordered quay sunglasses from nastygal? are they real ones or knock offs? like so many others, i just placed an order for a pair of sunglasses without checking the reviews first and of course am now regretting it very much. i am in germany and have read about unexpected "customs" fees which i would be ok to pay if not too high as long as the glasses are what i ordered. should i take the risk of letting the transaction be? thanks in advance for your replies!
